This property was purchased in 2022 as an investment property. A year and a half later it has undergone a full renovation and just hit the South Miami market. Recognizing the many design decisions that would need to be made to keep the project moving, the owner and contractor team hired me as a Design Consultant to give cohesive vision to this large property.
