Vermont Mountain House
These real estate savvy clients recently purchased a 4 bed/4 bath in Vermont to use as a short-term rental and provide an escape from the Miami heat during the summer months. The house required a basic level of renovation which was handled by the property manager who lives in the area. I provided vision and execution for furniture plans, furniture selection, and purchasing.
